1. Create the basic database structure Current Status
2. Build a basic web interface to allow admins to add data (for testing)
   1. Get some data in it (especially complicated stuff like re-releases)
   2. Run some queries on the data
   3. Tweak database structure
3. Modify the database structure to allow editing by users
   1. Lots of testing
4. Extend the web interface to allow users to add and modify data
   1. Lots of testing required at this stage
5. Give the interface a 'skin' that looks nice
   1. Lots of useability testing and feedback required here
   2. Tweak and test again
6. Start populating the site with some quality data and encourage addition of data from users
7. Build an API
8. Relax (?!)
